So the title is intriguing, there are  lots of questions and the viewers need to be prepared for the finale, so the authors decided that some simple calm episode would  do, because for me there wasn’t any big revelations in it apart from Crowley’s sparkling appearance - I enjoyed Mark Sheppard’s  performance a lot.

So the season is slowly but inevitably  coming to an end and  the writers bring things together and solve one problem at a time - in  that episode which was a huge surprise  for me it was defeating of Mother of All. I liked that episode immensely for it was a brilliant combination of interesting plot, perfect acting, good visual presentation and appropriate music which reflected not only the spirit of western movies but the spirit of the show as well and of course I liked those cool opening credits!

Well it was definitely one of the most anticipated episodes of the season 6 because the creators yet again promised a lot and assured that they would explore things to the extend  nobody had been dared before, so naturally everybody even those who still doubted the necessity and all the possible pros and cons of going that path was interested how ( Read more... )

For me the last episode was  a good example of do good and get good in return. The writers at last began to fulfill their promise to get back to the roots of the show the audience stuck to in the  first place and so the feedback that is ratings was just appropriate and the show had reinforced  its position in viewers meter a little bit.

Well,  I kinda  get used to the fact that good strong and light episodes as much as it can be in the show with such themes alternate with pretty ordinary, dark and depressive ones.
